Purchase process

STEP 1：Send product images or links

Send the product pictures or links you’re interested in to us via WhatsApp, and remember to tell us the quantity you want to purchase. We will generate a purchase link for you on our website and inform you of the shipping cost. We do not have any hidden fees — the product price plus the shipping cost from China to Lebanon is your final cost. The shipping fee includes Lebanon customs clearance. Our product quotations already include domestic shipping in China and international remittance loss. Currently, food and medical products cannot be cleared through customs, so we do not support purchasing these categories.

STEP 2：Payment methods

Because international payments are difficult in Lebanon, we offer four payment methods:

1-USDT payment 

2-Payment through our partnered remittance agent in Lebanon — you can pay via Whish or pay directly at their physical store.

3-Western Union, which supports payments below 1,000 USD only

4- If you have a company account that supports international transfers, you can transfer directly to our company bank account.

Important Notice: We do not accept cash on delivery. You can pay for the products first, and the shipping fee will be paid after the goods arrive in Lebanon. We cannot take the risk of customers canceling orders after we ship, because in that situation we would not only lose the product cost but also have to compensate the shipping company for the freight charges.

STEP 3：Inspection and sample

Before customers place large orders, we support sending samples first. After checking the samples, the customer can confirm the order. When the goods arrive at our warehouse, we will inspect the products and send photos and videos for your confirmation. If there are any quality issues, we can return the goods to the supplier in China. This minimizes the risk of customers receiving defective products. Note: For certain special products, such as auto parts, we can only check the appearance for damage and verify whether the model is correct.

STEP 4：transportation

Shipping Time: Sea shipping takes about 60 days, and air shipping takes about 10–15 days. The shipping fee includes customs clearance. After the goods arrive in Beirut, you can choose to pick them up from the warehouse or request home delivery. If you choose delivery, the courier company will charge you the local Lebanon delivery fee.The shipping fee can be paid after the goods arrive in Lebanon.
