Purchase process

Supplementary Explanation: 

• Products with low usage frequency (such as packaging, customized products, and custom machinery) do not support cash on delivery.
• For orders over $500, transactions follow standard international trade principles. A 50% deposit is required. After we complete the procurement, we will inspect the goods and provide photos and videos for you. Once you pay the remaining balance, the goods will be delivered to the shipping company.
• If any product fails the quality inspection, we will take responsibility. In case of damage or loss during transportation, the shipping company will be responsible.
• If your address is not in Beirut, you can request the shipping company to deliver the goods to your city. This will incur a local delivery fee from Beirut to your location, and the shipping company will provide you with the exact price.
