1. All products are based on the photos and links provided by the customer. We only act as an agent to purchase goods from China on behalf of the customer.

3.Alibaba has a large number of extremely low-priced products, such as items normally priced at $15 being listed for $0.99. For these products, we generally ignore them, as they waste time between us and the customer. You can use common sense to judge, or you can communicate with them to understand the result. These unrealistic prices are likely scams. Possibility 1: They set the price very low and charge a high shipping fee to attract customers. 2: It could be some unknown method of drawing in traffic that wastes your time and effort. 3: They might lure customers into making fraudulent payments through abnormal transaction methods.

1. We will inspect the appearance, color, functionality, size, and material of the goods and provide feedback to the customer.
2. However, we do not make value judgments about the products. For example, questions like "Do you think it's good quality?" or "Is this clothing beautiful?" are ones we cannot answer.
3. We also cannot guarantee the lifespan of the products. We are not the manufacturer; we are a shopping agent. Due to randomness and variability, a product may last for ten years or break down after two months.

Products containing liquids and powders cannot be shipped by air. Products with batteries can be shipped by air, but they will need to be shipped from Hong Kong to you, and the shipping cost will be $3 more per kilogram than regular products. Customers need to understand these basic facts to reasonably arrange for air or sea shipping.

1. If you are not satisfied when our customer service sends the real product pictures or videos for confirmation, we can arrange for the product to be returned to the supplier.
2. If any product fails the quality inspection, we will take responsibility.
3. In case of damage or loss during transportation, the shipping company will be responsible.

Due to differences in display screens, slight color variations are inevitable for each product. We can only rely on our experience to determine whether the color difference is within an acceptable range, as there is no fixed standard. We will notify the customer only if the color difference is significant.
